Caleb

This handsome fella is Caleb Astle.  He is preparing to get baptized after his 8th birthday. To mark this great event his mother asked me to take some pictures of her little man.  He was a great sport and even came up with some of the poses on his own.

The Astles

 This are my dear friends Lara and Nick Astle and thier beautiful children.  When I am with these two, I am with family.  Their children are best friends with my children.  I can see us growing old together and talking about the "good ol' times."  Yes, I might be gushing on and on... but I just feel so blessed to have them as part of my life and so happy to have had the opportunity to capture the essence of who they are through my love of photography.

The Powells

These are the Powells.  What an amazing family.  They were all smiles and giggles.  Everyone had fun coming up with poses, playing with props, and picking new backgrounds... even dad!

Meninga Family

This the Meninga Family.  They are a fun and creative bunch.  They came with a bag of tricks and I had a lot of fun following them around and capturing their personalities.  They have a family pharmacy and brought these adorable block letters so that they can display a picture of the kids at the pharmacy.  I feel like a lucky girl having gotten the opportunity to take that precious picture.

The Gardners

This family is special.  There is a gentle movement between them.  The way they interact with each other... it's just inexplicable.  I was a lucky girl to get to spend a couple of hours hiking around with them.  They are truly beautiful... to the core.

Nick.

This is Nick.  He is pretty cool.  Nice kid, kick-back attitude, and killer grin.  He's an awesome baseball player, knows how to handle livestock, and isn't afraid to show his softer side toward is mama.  I have to say... I like him. A lot.
